Blessing Leak is a visionary entrepreneur whose passion for improving the quality of healthcare services led her to establish her own healthcare agency. With a deep understanding of the critical importance of access to quality healthcare, Blessing embarked on a journey to create an organization that not only addresses the immediate healthcare needs of individuals but also prioritizes compassion, efficiency, and excellence in care delivery.

Driven by a commitment to serving vulnerable populations and bridging gaps in healthcare access, Blessing founded her healthcare agency (ElderHill Staffing) with a focus on providing comprehensive staffing solutions. Understanding the crucial role that competent and compassionate staff play in delivering superior healthcare services, she sought to build a team of professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

Moreover, Blessing recognized the unique challenges faced by individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in accessing appropriate healthcare services. Determined to make a difference in this often underserved community, she integrated specialized IDD services into ELDERHILL. By tailoring care to meet the specific needs of individuals with IDD, Blessing aimed to promote inclusivity, dignity, and autonomy in healthcare delivery.

Ms. Blessing believes the IDD community needs compassionate, well-trained health advocates, and support staff to assist them with their daily living activities.

Her journey started with the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality As a Health Care Staff Agency, and Also with Department on Disability Services as an Agency provider for the IDD community. The Services offered by ELDERHILL  are Home Supports Respite Care, Companion Services, Supported Living with transportation and Individualized Day Services. ELDERHILL also partners with community wellness specialists to provide Behavioral Services, Nutrition and Fitness.

Through her unwavering dedication and innovative approach, Blessing Leak continues to make a profound impact in the healthcare sector, ensuring that individuals receive the compassionate and high-quality care they deserve, regardless of their background or abilities.
